UT Starcom &%(*'ed me
So I sent my HTC touch to those wonderful people at UT starcom to see if they would repair my cracked LCD under warranty. Well they sent me an estimate for $175 so I told them to ship it back to me and I would fix it myself. Screens are 60 something on ebay. So 3 weeks after I tell them to send it back, I get it back with dust all inside the screen, and no volume up/down slider on the side.
I'm super busy now (I don't have an hour to sit on the phone with them) but I was wondering how I should approach this. I'm a pretty mild guy and I'm sure this was just a mistake. For anyone else with a broken LCD and no warranty.... http://youtube.com/watch?v=ifPgzSDTBro |

Re: UT Starcom &%(*'ed me
Just go to a repair facility, Cracked LCDs are 99.9% of the time not covered under manufacture warrenty. A advance exchange with Sprint, and no insurance, is $55 right now, hurry up tho because repair prices are going to skyrocket! If you have insurance, an advance exchange will cost you nothing.
