Question Question about restoring WinMo

Hey all, new poster here, and I have a general question about Windows Mobile. As you can see in my details I have a Sprint Touch, and I'm new to Windows Mobile, so I'm wondering about the ability or necessity to "reinstall" Windows Mobile every once in awhile. The reason I ask is because Windows on a normal PC gets so cluttered up with crap and performance declines after a period of time due to install/uninstalling numerous programs, file accumulation, and registry bloat, etc. Is WinMo the same way? Will the performance decline after awhile due to installing/uninstalling programs and games and surfing the web and such? Is it even possible to reinstall the base operating system on a WinMo phone? I format my hard drive and reinstall Windows on my PC every once in awhile when I notice performance issues or lots of errors. I realize WinMo is a mere fraction of code compared to full blown desktop Windows, but it IS Microsoft, so...
