Picture messaging issue...

I've been looking around a while for a solution to my problem, and can't seem to locate one. I apologize if this issue has already been discussed, but I could not find an answer.

My problem is this: when I take a picture, or select a picture from my Camera Album, to send via Picture Message, I receive what is basically a "broken image" icon in the "Tap here to insert a photo" box. Now, I can then tap in the "insert a photo" area and select the picture I wished to send in the first place, and my picture message will send perfectly. However, this is becoming quite redundant.

Again, I have no issue actually sending picture messages; my Picture Message (the default on my Alltel HTC Touch) program is simply having an issue recognizing pictures from my Camera Album and linking them to my picture messages initially... at least that's my best assessment of the situation.

Has anyone had this issue? Know of any fixes? Registry corrections? I store my pictures on the \DCIM\100media default folder on my storage card, so there shouldn't be any (to my knowledge) issues with my pictures being in the wrong location.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
