(Verizon)Stuck on Upgrading Process

im following negamann's tutorial and im stuck on the unlocker portion .. i load it MS dos comes up and says to unlock it.. i follow everything .. it says disconnect the phone then connect it so i do that .. the rainbow screen comes up and it doesnt say 2.31 COKE it says 2.00 .. so i dont know if i messed something up or what.. and when am i supposed to perform the power-camera-reset .. my phone disconects on active sync while it the unlocker is working... in desperate need of help .. i just want to be sure that im doing it right.. thank you all for reading this
