Install all of them. lol some people like certain ones for certain websites. Try them all and see which one you like!

I second this, Opera Mobile 9.5 build 1522 is the best available, don't install the official beta, use the one from the diamond, as with the official beta for some reason, it will keep switching you back to the default, tiny keyboard.

Re: Opera Mini or Deepfish
I wish there was a good all around browser. Opera 9.5 beta is really good but slow and for some sites I still use PIE. I mainly use those if I am going to a site and need to fill out forms. But for just quick browsing for info I find I can't live without Opera Mini. Nothing I've tried comes close to beating it. Skyfire just plain s*cks in use ability for me.
I have not tried Deepfish yet. Anyone have a cab for it? MS won't let me download it. Last edited by gedster314; 07-24-2008 at 01:55 PM. |

Re: Opera Mini or Deepfish
yeah, from what ive heard Deepfidh is an all but dead project. 9.5 looks pretty but still has some unforgivable issues. I'd suggest opera Mobile for day-to-day use.

Re: Opera Mini or Deepfish
I was using Opera Mobile 8.5 , and recently upgraded to the current 9.5 beta build. It is far and away the best browser I have found yet for my Touch. The display is intuitive and fast without getting in the way. I also like that they have added a 'fling' ability to touch scrolling, as that was something that annoyed me about the previous one. Rendering and zooming both also seem a lot smoother than they were for me on the 8.5. I haven't run into any major problems with it yet, although I'm sure I will since it's in beta. But as of right now I'm extremely impressed with it.
