Free backup program

Is there a free backup program like spritebackup to use before I install the new rom?

For a complete backup? There's nothing worth the download or install time, IMHO.

For messaging and contacts you can use PIMBackup, which is free. I personally use spb Backup 2.0 and love it, though it does cost just under $40...

if u just need phone calls, messages and contacts us PIMBackup because its quick and easy!!!
