Reprogram phone with upgraded ROM?

Hi everyone,

Searched but didn't find anything. I'm with Bell and have upgraded the ROM on my phone to NFSFan's 1.10, if I wish to reprogram the phone to change the phone number (ie ##MSL#, change number), will this work or will I have to downgrade to the old radio and original ROM? Thanks for your help!

So are you changing the phone number back to what it was before or to what?

I'm selling the phone, I want to ensure that when I sell it it will be able to be reprogrammed to the buyer's number.

why not just restore it to stock before you sell it?
either way, you should be able to program with any rom just the same

Thanks for the replies, I sold the touch and programmed it for him. Didn't work right away but after taking the battery out and reinstalling it, it worked fine. I don't know what removing the battery actually did but it worked, of course it may just be that in the time it took to remove the battery and start the phone up again, Bell had activated it.
