Re: A way to switch between phones?

Sprint has actually made it easier to do ESN swaps as well. If you are registered at Sprint.com you can log on and click upgrade device. all you need is your ESN number and it is immidiatly switched. Even though the website says it may take up to four hours I have always been able to use the new device right away. Also, this way you dont have to deal with hacking into your phone to clone the ESN

Re: A way to switch between phones?

if it was reported lost then the ESN has been flagged. Your only option would be to clone the ESN following the steps that were linked above.

ESN DEC.

just want to warn ppl, that your bill cannot be past due at all. If you don't see the option, pay your bill.

Re: A way to switch between phones?

If a phone is on the negative list, it cannot be activated. The only way was if it was your phone that was lost, and you've found it later. What you have to do is go to a service repair center and have them take it off the list or e-mail to their Repair Rep saying that the customer found their phone. I haven't looked into the cloning system, but if it works, okay, but you can never take the phone into a Sprint store, because we are suppose to take any lost or stolen unit and give it back to the owner.

So let me make sure I got this right. If I lose my phone, file a claim and get a new one, then find my phone I have have it taken off of the list by going to a tech center? Would I be able to keep both phones if this happened? I had lost an old phone and recently found it, now I just let my kids play with it because it is flagged.
