Slow booting +5min or more...

My provider is Bell, i have had the following problem before, where the device would take 5+ min to boot up, and when it does, there is a significant lag opening any programs, and even typing had had a 2 sec lag or so. I had a phone which also froze on me constantly, but that was more typical of this phone.

The problem went away on its own after 10 or so resets, and never thought anything of it.

I upgraded to OMJ custom rom + new radio and everything has been working great for months. All of a sudden the Slow boot problem, if it even does boot, (not all the time) is back.. 50 or so resets later no fix.

Does this sound like a bigger problem? should i give up, downgrade to the old radio /rom (if i can) and send it back to bell?

anyone else with a similar problem?
