Automatically get pictures in E-Mail

Is there a way to automatically get pictures in Outlook and your personal E-Mail account? You always get the message for your security pictures were not downloaded for your security. the only way I can get them is to use Profi Mail. This is a pain to download pictures when you want to see them. Any help wpuld be appreciated.
