Getting other sounds to your bluetooth handsfree set

This particular audiopara.csv is for the Touch 3.xx Roms. It controls the volume level sent to the bluetooth.

So, this will only work on my Touch if I have my work phone not on and paired at the same time???

I know the program is installed correctly because it pops up on the bottom of my screen, but I did not hear the text notification go off or any audio from a you tube I was watching. Am I missing something?

This is probably a dumb question, but this only works when the bluetooth is on, right. When BT is turned off everything runs through the phone?
