Sprint Navigation issue with roads next to active route

Hi everyone,

I'm using Sprint Navigation (v2.0.16 ) on a Touch and about 40% of the time only the actual route is displayed. Occasionally the adjacent roads are displayed momentarily. I always check my EVDO data connection and it's active and working perfectly. I check the data connection by either doing an internet speed test, surf the web, stream music, etc. After checking my data connection I run Sprint Navigation and it will either load the roads next to the active route or won't. While navigating, sometimes that adjacent roads will display, but not all the time.

Any ideas?
