Which custom rom had classic clock like from the 70's?

The "manilla" theme might be what you mean... I think the Diamond's default theme or something like that? If you use ppckitchen... use the Manilla theme, otherwise I have seen that theme used by "Throttle Launcher" themes, and "Ultimate Launcher" themes as well...
