yes and at times it detects no internet and at times it works. same goes for the sprint music store, it wouldn't load last night. this seems to be a sprint issue.

Re: Internet issue...please help

did everyone having the problem here upgrade to the leaked "official" ROM? Also, what PRL does everyone have? I upgraded to the official "leaked" ROM and my PRL is 60613. Could that have anything to do with it? my gf's centro works fine (so far)

Re: Internet issue...please help

just found this on sprintusers.com:

Or is this only in my area (Aurora, IL, near Chicago)? Or perhaps only my device model (HTC Mogul)?

i am in indianapolis, indiana and sprint said they have several states that are down and might be down for up to 72 hours! They are having some big issue....

_______

very interesting, just wondering why some people's phone would still connect and not others???

Re: Internet issue...please help

Guys I narrowed it down to DNS being blocked. On my tethered system I am inputting DNS records manually to the few sites I frequent and it works flawlessly. Trying to nslookup from my phone connection results in timeouts, but from my work connection it is fine. I can ping the DNS server, so it is not a connection issue persay.

Re: Internet issue...please help

yeah this is pretty weird because i am having a somewhat similar problem on my mogul. opera 9.51 beta is the only browser that is even loading pages, while all the others just load and load and load. http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=32145

Re: Internet issue...please help

I'm running the leaked rom in the Chicago area. Sprint tech support told me there is an outage in the Chicago market and it should be fixed in a few hours.

Anyone in the Chicago area running the stock rom able to connect?
