Trying to flash sprint to alltell (Touch)
Connect device to computer via USB(this will install drivers)\

can't get past this step.. QPST will not recognize phone...

i might be wrong (i probably am) but ive heard that QPST (or was it Cdmaworkshop?) only works with Sprint Vogues?

it works with anything, check to see what port in the device manager htc is using, then add that port to the QPST configuration tool
