HTML not showing in e-mails downloaded for Windows Live

HTML is not showing in the e-mails I download for my Windows Live account. I have a Sprint Touch that I've never flashed. I am using the stock ROM the phone was loaded with including the Windows Live software that was pre-loaded. Is this normal or does anyone know of a fix?

Now it won't even sync. Anyone know of any outages with Windows Live? They had a similar problem a year ago, but as of yet, I haven't read anything today of any issues compromising the app.

i have a feeling it's a network problem with sprint.
