The only thing I've been able to play it with is Skyfire. I was actually impressed it would play in skyfire.

You might have to "reverse engineer" to get the flv... If the file names make sense, then you should be able to track down a program that can handle streaming FLVs (say... one that can play youtube videos) and be able to play the videos easily. Have you looked into Orb?
With a little direction, it may be possible to code a front end to search and get the FLV files needed.
