I broke my cube - how to fix?

I installed Polen's Vista Cube 2.0 a while back and used it for a couple months. I wanted to try something with fewer apps per side, so I tried the MacFlo cube. Didn't like the way it looked, then realized Polen's original Vista Cube was what I wanted. Installed that (after uninstalling the previous cube of course) and it's dead.

When I bring up the cube I get a 6-app cube side with blank unconfigured buttons, none of which work. I can't change sides or stow the cube. I have to turn off the screen via the top button, then turn it back on and the cube is gone.

Any ideas to fix this?
