Touch keeps displaying "Incoming email password" error

I don't know what is causing this. My passwords are all correct and my email comes in but this popup keeps appearing every couple of minutes. No matter what I put in it still pops up.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

One thing I noticed is that I cannot add a Hotmail account on my phone and the Live option is gone. I don't know what happened to it and but everytime I put in my hotmail account it never sticks and I am left only with my Yahoo account.

same thing happened with my gmail account and I went through set-up again and noticed my password was not correct for some reson (happened by itself). AnywayI reset it and now it works fine.
