Need help with keeping my ROM from my Phone

SO I have a ROM (Not going to say who due to bias visions) set up perfectly but I want to keep helping people out by beta testing their own cooked ROM's....is there away I can cook my ROM I have on my phone and save it for later usage?

maybe something like sprite or SPB backup, or sktracker. not sure though. google em

I googled and no help...I've tried HTC Data Backup before it all it did was ruin my previous ROM

backup with sprite or spb and then get a copy of the rom your uding.....once your done beta testing reflash ur current rom and then restore the backup

Now Sprite will restore every correct? Like all my programs and settings? Or will I have to re-install all of them?

Sprite will re-install your programs, you might just have to tweak your settings. I use it when I find a good rom but want to try a new one. If not - I re-flash the base rom I started with and restore it to the way I set it up. Today screen, contacts, SMS, programs, etc...
