(i assume using HHC [Htc Home Customizer]) added a bluetooth today plugin (right under those iPhoneish icons) and i think that is the resco plugin on the bottom row. then edited the registry to change the left softkey.

Not sure who's rom would best suit you, but i bet you could get your current setup looking like that.
