so this is off topic but kinda funny... i use my touch quite a bit today and it went from 100 to about 60 back to 80 down to 30 and now back to 50 percent battery without charging it... God do i love Li-ion's and their environment controller.

Ha! And here I thought it was just me. I haven't seen it jump around like that, but it's not rare for me to turn the phone on and find the battery with more indicated juice than when I had turned it off. I think "indicated" is the keyword there, however.

yeah but the "indicated" shuts the phone off when it hits 0
