MMS on 6900

Hey all... I'm running the 3.42 radio with the Vogue 3.02 GPS. I have the Arcsoft MMS 3.0.26.12c installed (through the BuildOS select option). I also made sure my settings for Pic/Video messaging are as follows:

"
Pic/Vid Messaging:
Start>Messaging>Pics/Video>Menu>Pics/Video Configuration>Servers Tab
Edit Default (Click on default)
Server Name: Verizon Wireless
Gateway: Erase existing IP and leave blank
Port Number: 80
Server Address: http://mms.vtext.com/servlets/mms
Connect via: Internet
Sending Size Limitation: 500K Or For the Newer MMS: 300K
Wap: 2.0"

(Taken from the helpful 6900 GPS thread)

However, when I try to send a pic message it will sit and the notification pops up that it's sending, it sits and works for a minute, then a message comes up saying "Message Delivery Failed. Or Message Receipt Failed.". I have verified that they are not going through and that it's not just the receipt failing.

Can anyone help me out? Everything else, including the GPS, is fully functional.

Re: MMS on 6900

Remove the arcsoft which you installed and check the registry to make sure the arcsoft tree is gone.

Soft Reset

Then go to this thread:
http://67.228.199.237/forum.ppcgeeks...25065&page=240

And download DCD's arcsoft on there.

Install that and DCD's script will actually configure EVERYTHING for you... it will even program your phone#.

Soft Reset. And you should be good to go.

Excellent! Thanks so much! I rebuilt my OS without arcsoft in it and then just installed from your link, worked like a charm. Thanks much!

Make sure that you did not change you DNS settings to make your internet faster. I did this changing my settings to 4.2.2.2 and 4.2.2.1 and it made my internet faster but disabled my ability to send picture messages. I could recieve but could not send.
