Slower performance after official rom update

Is it just me, or does the touch interface and response slow a bit after the new rom install? Its never lagged before, but now it seems like there is a very slight lag when responding from a touch input.

Anyone else? Any suggestions?

Mine has been slow the whole time. I thought it seemed to be a little snappier with WM6.1 installed. Does your task manager take forever to open if you hit the icon right after bringing the phone out of suspend? This seems to be the laggiest time on my phone.

Hard reset twice in a row and it should fix the problem...

I did the upgrade and my touch is just as fast as before in all areas except the task manager it takes 2 seconds to come up.

I can live with that.

yeh the newest "official" update is maybe just a hair slower than a custom ROM with newer builds, BUT much more stable and gps works a ton better. Its a good tradeoff IMO. Youre not that important that 2 seconds is too much to wait for an action to popup on the screen

I may not be, but the money i spent on it is. My cousin's iphone seems to think im pretty important, because it doesnt make me wait for anything...but its really shallow.

But yeah, speak for yourself basically.
