This may be a stupid question.. But where do I download the ROM? LOL its not on the first post.. Went to the FTP and i cant find it.. LOL what am i doing wrong here?

Make sure your going to the right FTP also I don't use the ppcgeeks FTP mine is at the kitchen. http://nex.ppckitchen.org/ROM/

ActiveSync exactly like that

I left out alot of the customizations due to saving issues with vars.xml
