Flashed Phone, goes to htc page, then sprint video then black screen. Green led on

what am I missing. Flashed phone goes to htc startup page, then shows the sprint video, then I get a blank black screen, and the green led is flashing. Happens with multiple images. I have sprint vogue. Have tried multiple images. OMJ's, sprints release, any ideas? Thanks
