how do i use the modem on my htc touch with the nokia n800

i have already downloaded maemo-pan i have also paired the htc touch with the nokia n800 using bluetooth internet sharing is on now when i get to connection setup the connection name is sprint connection type gprs dialup number #777 username password n/a still the internet doesnot work could some one please show me what i am doing wrong
