I downloaded the new windows 6.1 from here, think its just stock, nothings on it. It was working fine, but my son had reset my pc, and my phone wasnt plugged in at the time. I came to start workng on it, plugged it in, but pc isnt reconizing it. I did all the troubleshooting tings in the sync program. I know the phones connected because its chargig. Just the sync isnt commiung up, its not being reconized in my compute, and the Mymobil doesnt reconize it
