Activesync wont stay connected

I'm currently using OMJ's most recent ROM based on the 3.42 radio.

Everytime I sync up my Vogue and pc, it will connect for about 30 seconds-1 minute then disconnect. This is preventing me from flashing, is there anything I can do to fix this?
