Disable or Delete Pics/Video account

Hi, been using sMMS, so I have no need for the Pics/Video account. Is it possible to delete or disable it? I dont want to reflash or hard reset. Also, I would like to delete "set-up email account" link, but I dont know if thats possible. Mainly, I want to be able to click the email link in HTC Home plug in and have it take me directly to my emails, not the accout picker or what ever last account I was in. Any suggestions?
