First of all: It's about time!
Second of all, I have to say I really like it. Sure it doesn't come with any Earth-shattering new stuff but a few things I wholeheartedly welcome with the advent of this new update:
1) Threaded SMS
2) Sprint Navigation - comes in handy...until now I used a keychain GPS receiver with Windows Live maps.
3) Newer radio
An interesting by-product of this installation is the improved performance of my Touch. It's responsiveness is snappier and I haven't seen any significant bogging down even with several programs running. The addition of Opera as the default 'net browser is nice but I'm used to PIE. However, I'll give it a try and see if it's worth having around.
I loaded the latest HTC Home customizer (ver 10 "final") along with the weather fix items (they have to be in a specific order, I found out, in order for everything to work)/ All six tabs work and the weather for my little mountan community comes up nicely. So far, that and everything else works great.
Right now I feel like my phone has some new life to it.

Of course, I'm still awaiting on the Touch Pro ("Raphael"). I used to have a 6700 and the biggest thing I miss about that phone is the dedicated slide-out keyboard for tapping out long messages and emails. Of course, the Touch wins hands-down for its form factor and size. The Touch Pro seems like a nice compromise.
