Anyone have issues with Pocket Plus on the new rom?

Ive been having weird issues with spb pocket plus ever since i installed the new 'official' sprint rom. it often freezes up on reset. sometimes custom icons revert to the 'windows' icon, and recently all my tabs dissapeared except for the home tab.
really weird, especially the freezing up is annoying.
never had problems with the original rom.

so am i the only one then? btw i installed on the device not storage card, i think thats the way i did it before.

The only issue I have noticed is that after a reset some icons go back to the default windows icon. Which I fix by clicking "make all large" and it refreshes them.

i have the same problem my icons turn into the windows default icon which is annoying not knowing which is what havent seen an answer to our problem yet so well keep waiting

I'm having the same issues, but since the Sprint ROM is not "official", but is just a beta version, Windows Mobile 6.1 is technically not released yet and I'm sure the guys over at SPB have not yet updated the Pocket Plus software to 6.1 standards.

I'm sure we'll see an update from them not long after 6.1 is widely released, though.

I will say this though... if you get the Windows icon problems, right click in PP and select the "For All Items > Make Small/Large" (whatever the opposite of what you're using now is) and then change it back. This reloads the icons... but messes up the order in which you originally put them.

it's a known issue with wm6.1 and the icon problem; check out spb forums at spbclub.com. You can get the icons to refresh by selecting refresh instead of make small/large; the icon placement should be the same, it just refreshes the icons.

I had problems with the "Safe Mode", I just uninstalled it from the options. Something about they don't have a "Touch" to test it with.. But I haven't used this in a while because of the icon issue as well, I switched to QuickMenu.

I havent had any problems with spb pocket plus, but as far as the icons go.
Just press and hold on one of the tabs when the menu comes out, go to
For all items->Refresh tabs. This will reload all your icons, and it won't mess with anything else

hmm i wonder why im getting problems. a lot of freezing and sometimes all my tabs are gone too. i had to save all my settings and have to restore them often. dont care about the icon problem as much but I have to use safe mode sometimes if im in a hurry because it forces me to reload several times before it works sometimes.

I havent made any changes to the registry since i did the update, but i have before the update. does the registry get completely restored after the update?
