vista 64 buildos error

I need help, everytime i try to build a rom with buildos i keep getting the error below. each time i run it, it's a different file. has done it with multiple kitchens. i am running vista 64. i've removed all access restrictions for that folder and have even disabled uac. i've even given g'reloc administrator access. no idea.
