vista 64 buildos error

I need help, everytime i try to build a rom with buildos i keep getting the error below. each time i run it, it's a different file. has done it with multiple kitchens. i am running vista 64. i've removed all access restrictions for that folder and have even disabled uac. i've even given g'reloc administrator access. no idea.

It ran fine for me on my Vista x64 machine. Not sure what to tell you, I didn't do anything special to make it work.
