ppst from LEAKED rom

I am looking for the PPST.exe file from the LEAKED ROM for the VOGUE. Does anyone have this that they can post? Or can anyone show me exactly where it is? The reason why I want it is because I had much better success with the GPS locking with the leaked version of the sprint rom in comparison to the latest OFFICIAL rom.

just download the leaked version, open the exe with winrar, extract the biggre nbh file, extract it to the OEM and SYS directories, and it should be under OEM/Operator... i dont remember exactly but it should be a cab there

I changed HKLM\Software\HTC\SUPL AGPS\GPSMode to 4 and re-ran the PPST.exe file from the Windows folder and it has been getting locks in less than 10 seconds every time and has been very accurate.

This is with the "official" ROM. Prior to doing this I would occassionally get a lock and it took a while but most of the time I couldn't even get it to lock on to any satellites.
