How do you install a rom!!!

Iv'e been trying to learn how to install a rom and haven't been able to do so. I see all these really good ones out there, I'm sure I'm not the only one that needs to be taught like a second grader.

if you searched there are step by step guides on upgrading im on my phone but search for something slong the lines of upgrading to rev a and gps and that should tell u everrything u need to know and more
