Re: Vibration during touch screen interaction

it does work but i cant see the digits being dialed up top (running a touch dialer on a mogul) and like an above poster mentioned, when i unistall the buttons take a while to respond and a wierd noise was emitted when pressing a button. Only fix i found was a complete hard reset. (thank the heavens for SPB Backup!!!!!)

Re: Vibration during touch screen interaction

So far this works only on the dialer pad. Nothing on screen taps like i was hoping for. I installed the cab, turned on screen taps and hardware buttons to short tones, soft reset and nothing. Just annoying clicks when i touch the screen. Were these only for the dial pad? Anyone know where in the reg to find settings for screen taps ----> vibrate?

Re: Vibration during touch screen interaction

How long is the vibrate meant to last with this? I got mine working, but the vibrate lasts a second of two. As you can imagine, it takes quite a while to dial a number because it makes you wait till the previous vibration is done before dialing the next number. I was expecting more of a single vibrate pusle.

Mine "pulse" when touched.. nothing long at all like your explaining. Do you have your tones set to short vs long? under Start/Settings/Phone

On Mine the vibration last as long as I'm touching the screen.

Thats how mine works. Quicker I touch it, the quicker the vibrate. If I hold my finger down, the vibrate stays on until I lift.
