pdf help

I have the sprint touch with the win 6.1.

I have it connected with my exchanger server to receive my emails and stuff. I get my faxes via email. The problem is i can not open the fax in my out look on the phone. I had a different fax company that sent pdf's to my email. When I switched to the new company I am unable to open the pfd. I can open other pdf that is sent to me, but not from the fax company. i get a message (can not display the atatchment). If i have save the pdf to my divice or card I can open it.

Any help or suggetions appricated.

Thanks
Sinbad

Re: pdf help

hhhmmm that does sound odd. Only thing I can think of (but I don't really see how that would make a difference since you can open others and open that same one directly after saving), is the exact verion of .pdf they create to send to your e-mail.
