HTC VOGUE Configuring the Wireless

Hey you all. I'm pretty irritated at Roger's and aren't we all?
I used their stupid internet on my handphone for 15 minutes and suddenly I had a 100 dollar charge.

However, I only did it cuz "internet explorer" on the handphone didn't seem to work with my HTC VOGUE handphone when I connected to my own home internet router.

Does anybody have wisdom on this issue? I've downloaded and installed "OperaMini", (by using Roger's Internet). However, when I use my own router internet, it does't allow me to download anything, and internet explorer broswer doesn't work. Opera Mini works great with my router's internet. But when I try and download something, it suddenly opens up Internet Explorer and then says it can't do it for some reason.

Is there a way to configure my own router's internet, so it allows me to download things? Anybody hear of this problem before?
