Anyone having text problems with the Official?

Cant send or recieve anything......dont know whats up....anyone else?
i do soft reset and says i have a number of messages on home screen
but nothing inbox

Did you guys hard reset after installing the new ROM? Some people have been having weird issues until they hard reset. It is usually suggested that you do that after flashing any ROM.

Well I think I figured it out. I believe my issues were stemming from a conflict with the newest version of Resco. I had been receiving some filesys.exe and device.exe errors, but hadn't thought anything about them.

I decided to do another hard reset, and started re-installing all of my apps one by one. After each install I would test the texting function. As soon as I installed Resco, I began to encounter the errors and texting failed.

For all those experiencing texting issues, they may potentially stem from software incompatibility. Though painstaking, you may want to take the same course of action I did, and install each of your apps individually until you can isolate the culprit.

I'm running Resco 7.02 and the "official" ROM and am able to send and receive texts.

I do not use resco and do not haev any issues with texting with the new ROM.
