Program from here killed my USB

Sorry, got sent out of town for work and been to busy to get back;
I'm running windows XP, all of the USB ports will provide power (light the optical mouse and charge my phone) I have no communications. My XV6800 is running DCD 3.1.6 I know this is not the answer but I cannot remember the program that kill my usb ports...It opened a dos window and now no communications...Any help?
