i need help

i have downloaded some movies on my laptop and they work thru windows media player. but when i download it to my touch it won't play what am i doing wrong

Yea I had the same problem... Theres several different programs to use to watch your videos on, personally I use the TCMP Cab... Ill find the link and get right back to you...

Yea and when you dwnload it, itll look choppy until you change the video under options to just raw buffer instead of directdraw... if you need any more help, just PM me....

I also re-encode my movies to MP4 .. reduces file size from 800mb to 250mb (Using MediaCoder for Mp4 devices[freeware]). I just started using "Card Export II" to copy movies from PC to Touch because active sync takes 25mins to copy 250MB but Card Export takes 5mins (although I think Alltel rom has faster activesync copies-will recheck).

Yea I think your correct. I think it also has something to do with what version your PC is... I use Vista and it seems to go better than XP did.
