HTC Touch / Memory Card

I had my HTC Touch replaced last weekend, and now, my HTC doesn't recognized my memory card. I did remove and reinserted the card to make it work, but still not readable. Is there a way to make it work?

I know the next option is go back to the company (Sprint) to fix it for me.

Re: HTC Touch / Memory Card

I haven't tried but the memory card did work fine before the replacement. The phone saying that memory card isn't installed but it is installed.

If there is nothing on the card as of right now, goto My Computer and go on your device and find the storage card and 'Format' it, should work. only do this if it's empty as it will erase anything on the card

Re: HTC Touch / Memory Card

The problem with file explorer, it doesn't recognized the memory card. There is no way to format it.

Re: HTC Touch / Memory Card

Maybe you had the files encrypted.. If you have a reader on your pc, try that and see if there are any files on it.
