Tray Program with Enlarged Icons

Does anyone know the name of the program, where you can touch icons at the top of the taskbar such as your signal strength, battery, or volume icon, and it opens a small grey window with enlarged icons that you can click again? I'm not talking about HTC Task Manager, but rather the icons to the left of the Task Manager.

I believe it's the HTC Large Title Bar.
