Re: What Custom ROM Are You Using?

I've been testing out all the ROMs recently and I keep going back to the OMJ OEM ROMs. His ROMs so far seem to be the most solid built. Not a single issue with anything I install on them. Trying out other ROMs I always seem to stumble across something that just does not play nice.

Re: What Custom ROM Are You Using?

Have been using the OMJ 6.1 java for sprint for a few days now. It needed a few minor edits and additions to be everything I was looking for. GPS connection under 10 sec every time indoors and out. Can't complain.

The thing is, and I have learned quickly, that there are many talented people here. If you are waiting for an official rom, you may be holding your breath. There are some system upgrades but the well known chefs here are usually one step ahead of the game. Mad thanks to OMJ, No2Chem, Ghettofreeryder, Nexvison, Vetvito, SBR legion and everyone on his team and all the many many others I have forgotten to add. No doubt I have forgotten to add some chefs and developers that I love and for that I am sorry. And as always, thanks to Wideawake for the #1, in my opinion, place to go for PPC users

Re: What Custom ROM Are You Using?

i am somewhat disappointed with this poll as it doesnt compare any of the custom roms. I'd love to know people's preferences between OMJ, JD, Vetvito, etc.

Re: What Custom ROM Are You Using?

Been using OMJ's 6.1 ROM for a month now, and never had any problems out of it.
