Telus Touch Dual Neon 400

i have searched everywhere and can not seem to find a program to unlock my telus touch dual neon 400 so i can put on a custum rom and fix so many freezing problums i have been having if anyone knows how to do thins can u share ples thanks ,ps i have had a touch and it was so easy to unlock but with out lack of support for this neon 400 theres not much that can be done
