Telus Touch Dual Neon 400

i have searched everywhere and can not seem to find a program to unlock my telus touch dual neon 400 so i can put on a custum rom and fix so many freezing problums i have been having if anyone knows how to do thins can u share ples thanks ,ps i have had a touch and it was so easy to unlock but with out lack of support for this neon 400 theres not much that can be done

This HardSPL does NOT work on the Bell or Telus Neon400s (or any other Neon400 for that matter).

We are awaiting somebody who can unlock it, or who can direct one of us owners to help unlock one. I'd offer my services...if somebody can help.

yo are so true i hope soon someone will create some kind of unlocker for the Neon400

the unlocker (HARDSPL) can be found on xda-developers
