Task Manager Help!

The task manager in the upper right hand corner keeps disappearing on me and the only way to get
it back is to do a soft reset. Has anyone had this problem or know what may be causing it.
I did search for this and couldn't find anything so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Update: I think this may only be happening after running MemMaid....hmmm
