Need help, big annoying issue

Hi guys, so i flahsed my touch with OMJ's bell custom rom. Since i installed a few of my apps, i notice that my phone has a pretty weird problem. When i take it off the charger, either USB or wall charger, the phone gets incredibly hot, as if it was charging, but it just drains battery like hell(talking about a 3 hour autonomy).

But what is weird is that the phone isnt hot when its done charging.

My guess right now is that an app running in background is using a lot of CPU. Is there any application i can install to monitor which application is using how much of my processor power? I got dofred taskmanager right now.

A list of app i'm using are everything in OMJ rom, PDAnet from junefabrics, SPB mobileshell, SPB weather, SPB backup, S2U2, quickmenu.

it's probably the Mobile Shell. That's been known to use a lot of power.. You can install dotfred task manager (google it) to monitor processes and CPU usage.
