Verizon PPST/GPS

Anyone have/know of a working Verizon PPST or a solution to the VZW intermittant gps problem???

I'm looking for the same thing. My GPS works great when its working, (google maps, Live search, GPS today) but then after the phones been in standby or i wanna access it later in the day, no program works..

very flustrating and so far i haven't found any verizon specific fixes yet..

I have Verizon, and I am using Ludester's ROM. My GPS works great, and after coming out of standby for a long time, the GPS will always take a long time to get a lock; that is normal. For me, it takes about 5-10 minutes to get a lock from a very cold start, but from a hot or warm start it takes 10 seconds to 1 min.

^^ what does Ludesters rom have?? i am not sure if i ran across that one yet. I'm using OMJ's Custom verizon rom. it comes with GPS viewer, Google maps, Live search, and GPS today.

@krzykrl: I used OMJ's and didn't have any luck with the GPS. Also, I used the Full Custom one, and it was just too bloated with things I didn't use.

@willone: I'm using TomTom Navigator. Here is not the place to look for these things. And no, there isn't. Paying for navigation software is always a good idea.
